- Presentation – You eat with your eyes, right? First impression always important. Plating is everything.
- Environment – Cosy, noisy, relaxed
- Service – well service….good service, bad service
- Value for money – The burger can be fantastic….but if it costs you a small fortune…
- Paying process – Now what is this? Well nobody likes to wait for the bill for ever. The lunch break is a valuable time of day. We want to eat burgers, not waste our time on other things. Service can be good…but if there´s a long process to get out of there……here´s where you rate it.

Time for a revisit. Was at Jakobsbergsgatan when they just had opened. Remember small kaos with too much people(allergic reaction). Today friday I was at Sveavägen. Lots of people today as well. Why is everybody eating burgers on fridays? I have to change day for my burgertime. Howevever, since I didnt remember which burger I ate last time(didnt make a comment here, shame on me), I went for the signature High Five. And that IS a really good tasting burger. Also fries is very crispy and perfect to my taste. Chilibea dip is yummy. Not all top ratings though. Presentation….sloppy, had some mayo on top of the bread( if Johan had seen that he would be furious I imagine). Quite expensive and noisy environment reduces total average rating.
